A complete, continuous, unedited six-sided unboxing video.
Clear photographs of the product and any visible damage.
Photographs showing the shipping package and internal packaging.

The unboxing video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show all six sides of the unopened package, followed by the complete unboxing process, product inspection, and, where applicable, a functionality test demonstrating the reported defect or damage.

Please retain the original packaging and included accessories until your claim has been reviewed.

We will review the information provided and determine whether the issue qualifies for an exchange under our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
